Yes, monochromes are big this season. here’s how i try to pull off a black and white outfit in the hot weather.

Rose canvas print bottom: Thread Theory $28.50

I love how the cooling material of the top which is perfect for our hot weather.
My wardrobe are usually domnitated with colours and seldom have any blacks/whites but i do have a substantial amt of monos for easy matching and dont-want-to-fuss days
the rose prints adds a touch of elegance to this ensemble dont you think? for my first printed pants, this is not to over the top and i recommend anyone whom wants to try out printed pants this structured canvas pants.
Perfect for dress down Fridays too 🙂
the cobalt blue of this shoes gives the whole outfit a tiny burst of brightness, with a similar matching print as the pants.
the loafers looking top of the shoes adds a vintage look and feel which is love!
Don’t you find your spirits lift a little when you’re in bright colours? So in a no-black situation, I love the blue and mustard combination 🙂
Banana Republic cardigan, Zara tank, Topshop skirt, Balenciaga bag, Guess heels

Patterned swirls charges things up on a solids outfit!
Hey everyone, I was at Stellar @ 1-Altitude last weekend celebrating the union of Eileen & Alvin.
I love how they wrote their own vows cause it’s that much more personal. Words are a powerful thing. What you say to others and how you say them has an impact more than you could ever know. It was an emotional episode as the bride read hers our loud while choking back tears of joy. Even I got a lil teary-eyed. Words, gestures, actions . . . All very powerful.
It’s kinda like being at the top of the world and declaring your love for one another during one of the most romantic moments of the day – sunset
Of cos the bride was lovely in white+lace
Topshop dress, Vintage belt & necklace, Triselle stud earrings, Steve Madden clutch
Instead of classic black (or white), I though the vibrant green would be more cheerful and suitable for the occasion. Not to mention green looks extra gorgeous during sunset 😉
A lovely view of Singapore city skyline
